A new life

Coming into work in the morning shrouded in darkness. Leaving work in the afternoon, and being greeted by the same darkness outside. One day Josephine (Gothenburg, 1982) and Christoffer (Stockholm, 1981) grew tired of not seeing the sun for months, and decided to move from Sweden to Mallorca. Where everything changed for them.

Josephine and Christoffer decided to take the leap in 2016. “We sold our house in Sweden and moved to the island with our children. Fred was two and a half, and Lily was five. We set off on our journey with our suitcases and some money in the bank. We immediately felt the freedom of starting something new”. Sóller was the place where Josephine and Christoffer found the perfect house for starting up the project they now earn a living from: buying old houses in a poor state of repair, restoring them and selling them. “We began with this and in a way, we feel it was fate that decided for us. We bring new life to old buildings. For us, the important thing is to preserve the soul of the house, which is why we respect both the architecture and the original details. Restoring while maintaining the beauty. This is the path of culture”, they say.
