After the refurbishment of its St. Regis Bar and its Michelin-starred restaurant Es Fum, and the opening of its farm-to-table restaurant Terra, with the attractive design of Lázaro Rosa-Violán, St. Regis Mardavall has opened the Mar Sea Club, one of the epicentres of summer in Mallorca. 

With inspiring views of the Mediterranean, and all the luxurious amenities for its guests, Mar Sea Club is also open every night for guests not staying at the hotel, except on Wednesdays and Thursdays due to closure.

EXQUISITE CUISINE AND HANDCRAFTED COCKTAILS. 

This exclusive club offers a sophisticated but simple proposal, based on fresh and light dishes such as Gillardeau nikkei oysters, seafood ceviche, nikkei salmon tiradito, pearl caviar with blinis, crème fraîche, egg and chives, blue lobster with garlic and white wine or tataki of tuna and tomato cor de bou, manzanilla and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It also serves fresh grilled meat and fish and delicious rice dishes to share. 

The finishing touch is the light desserts, such as fruit salad with watermelon, lychee, pitaya, yuzu and apricot ice cream, or very sweet desserts such as Crème Brûlée in foam with açai ice cream, or the fluid chocolate cake with raspberry and crème fraîche. 

The handcrafted cocktail menu is inspired by the sea and Latin American traditions that will delight the most demanding cocktail lovers with creations such as the refreshing Grapefruit Pisco Collins based on pisco, lemon juice, sugar and pink grapefruit juice, or the Romero Teqroni with tequila, campari, red vermouth, rosemary syrup, orange bitter and lemon juice. 

A DESIGN BASED ON TIMELESS BEAUTY. 

The design of Mar Sea Club, by HKS studio, is inspired by the relaxed luxury of the timelessly beautiful interiors of the St. Regis Mardavall and its views of the Mediterranean Sea and native vegetation. 

The design of Mar Sea Club is part of a project in which the studio also undertook a redesign of the pool area, with the aim of achieving a perfect symbiosis between modernity and the natural environment.
